Engineering Job Title: Site Engineer

The Site Engineer should be aware of the entire technical details of the project.

>To challenge the labours by strict and positive behavior for example:
>Make all labours aware of your methodology.
>Clear explanation for scope of work.
>Inform level of quality required.
>Amount of work that needs to be completed within certain period of time.
>Site rules and conditions.
>Submitting a daily report to the Project Manager in charge.
>Immediate updating the Project Manager in case of any problems or decision to be taken.
>Immediate updating the Project Manager in case of verbal variation given on site by consultant or client.
>Keep the safety measures in high level on site such as safety boots, gadgets, electrical & water connections, smoking on site, daily cleaning, and protection of all existing finishes.
>Studying and checking drawings as per site dimensions.
>Setting out (marking the position of construction and leveling the site).
>Supervising and monitoring the site labour work and monitoring the work of all sub-contractors.
